The pressing need for effective, effcient and secure document management systems gave urgency to the formation of PT Multifling Mitra Indonesia Tbk (the Company). The Company initially handled storage and record management services, which eventually extended into other major cities across Indonesia. Currently, it has twelve (12) modern fling warehouses equipped with a reliable and integrated Information Technology infrastructure, all of which are secured with a set of standardized systems and procedures of ISO 9001:2015. These include state-of the-art equipment for data back-up in separate locations and facilities for disaster and recovery plans to protect information system and existing database. In 2010, the Company entered the capital market through an Initial Public Offering at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Nearly three decades later, the Company has earned its reputation as the country's most experienced, modern, integrated and professional storage and record management services provider. The Company maintains this distinction through its commitment to the ideals of integrity, responsibility and accountability that altogether prioritize the interests of investors, shareholders and customers. The Company's Articles of Association has been amanded several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 02 date 27 June 2015 made by Lucy Octavia Siregar, S.H., Sp.N., Notary in Bekasi.
